New activities concerning unhealthy processing techniques classified as 1st class are allowed, in full compliance with specific distances from buildings and areas devoted to different purposes.

  • Activities directly connected to the production plant (sale of the goods manufactured by the annexed production plant);
  • Commercial activities concerning bulking goods and/or with deferred delivery up to the average sale structure (as defined by Regione Lombardia legislation);

Commercial activities that do not concern bulky goods and/or in direct retail are also allowed to the average sale structure and tertiary activities even if in a limited complessive quote for the whole division;

Residential destinations

Residential destinations are allowed only if they are annexes of the production plant (owner or guardian residence, residence of the maintenance staff) with a specific maximum quote.
